Can I have my home marked with a symbol?
Yes, we offer this for FREE...please provide the address you would like marked and the symbol (typically it is a small star) in the order notes at checkout. We will always email you a sample for your approval before it moves to production.

Can I have other customizations added to the products?
Yes, we offer this for FREE...when placing the order, simply enter any customizations (wording, symbols, colors etc.) in the order notes section at checkout. We will always email you a sample for your approval before it moves to production.

Do you create images other than lakes?
Yes, We can and have done rivers, ponds, & islands (reverse print). Just enter the name/location of the image you would like created when placing the order and we will email you a sample for your approval before it moves to production.

What are the print colors?
Lakes/Rivers/Ponds: The image and name is printed in blue, the state name is printed in black.
Islands: The canvas background is a deep water blue and the island and wording is in white.

Can we have it printed in other colors?
Yes, please provide a RGB# of the color print you would like (black is also very popular)

Will I receive my products in multiple shipments?
Yes, our products are not always produced in the same facility. Therefore you may receive multiple shipments.

How long until I get my product?
Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery after the image is approved.

What if I am not completely satisfied with the sample mockup?
Your order does not move into production until you approve the sample mockup via the approval email you will receive. If you are not happy, you don't pay, we cancel the order and refund 100%.

Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, currently we offer our products Worldwide with free shipping on orders over $75.

Can I see a sample mockup prior to purchase?
Yes, simply click on the "See Before You Buy" menu on our website, fill out the request form and we will email you a sample for you to see. (Be sure to watch your spam folder, as our emails may end up there)

As these are custom designed products, please allow 1-2 weeks for production to delivery after the image is approved.

Returns
Please contact us and we will make it right. However, please understand that these are custom products that were approved by you, but if you are not completely satisfied we will work out a solution with you. We want all of our customers happy with their purchase.
