Love my mug AND the two wine tumblers I ordered for Christmas for my daughter. WILL be ordering more soon for Christmas as I have to get the correct spelling of my friend's lake in New Hampshire and decide what else I need to order. Liz has been exceptionally nice! Thanks and cheers-Jim
Very pleased with Lake Placid/Mirror Lake combo.
Super helpful and responsive customer service, even as order was tweaked mid-process.
These will be terrific Xmas presents for my family.
I was so exited they could add the little lake I lived by for over 25 years. We raised our kids there and only recently moved away. They even placed a star where our house was. I love it.
Absolutely LOVE these mugs!! I bought these as a gift for my brother and sister in law. They're large mugs and great quality. Company's design team was very easy to work with and it looks great!!!
Product delivered exactly as pictured. Good quality and I would use this vendor again. Just wouldn’t order through Shop which I can’t get to respond to two other problematic purchases.
I bought two of these mugs for my son’s girlfriend whose family lives on this lake. She - and her family - just loved them! Very pleased with the detail and quality.
Entire experience was great. Web page, product descriptions and ordering process was very high quality. Production delivery was prior to promised date and my wife loves the mug.
I couldn’t be happier & will be ordering additional mugs.
I contacted the seller for a special request to locate my home relative to our nearby lake with a red star. This was accommodated without delaying production and delivery. The star is the perfect touch. Nicely done!
We love these customized mugs! The ordering process was easy and communication from the company was timely. We ordered more to give as gifts to others on the lake!
I bought two coffee cups for my wife for Christmas. As far as I know, there have never before been any products available with a silhouette of Smith Mountain Lake, so this was a very unique gift. From my initial contact with Home Lake Goods, the entire process was easy, exactly as advertised, and culminated in a quality product. Mt wife was thrilled and we’ve received lots inquiries from friends and neighbors at our lake community who want to get lake products, too. Thank you for an excellent shopping experience!
I have ordered many of these mugs for myself, my family and my neighbours. Everyone loves them and asks me where I got them from. Thank you for creating great quality mugs for us. We use them everyday.
I have also ordered sweatshirts from you with our lake on them. We wear them with pride. Thanks
Delivery was quick! I had purchased the mugs as a “thank you” and Christmas gifts. Two of the recipients loved theirs. I’m sure the other two will love theirs as well.
Thank you for having a unique gift for any occasion.
Another great product, and an example of their stellar customer service. The first mock-up had the wrong image (more than one lake named), and they were so quick to respond and correct. Never a worry that it would be made right.
